Research and Practice of Non-destructive Detection of Surrounding Rock Stability by In-frared Radiation in Water-rich Compound Roof Roadway

摘要:

为了实现对煤岩体长周期、高效率的监测预警, 利用红外辐射监测技术, 研究了红柳煤矿I010401工作面和I020308工作面运输巷在观测周期内的红外热像图、平均红外辐射温度(AIRT)和差分红外辐射温度(VSMIT)变化特征, 得到了红柳煤矿I010401工作面和I020308工作面运输巷的VSMIT判定阈值。研究成果表明, 红外辐射监测技术在现场监测应用是可行的, 可对红外辐射监测技术在矿山围岩稳定性监测的应用提供借鉴。

Abstract:

The instability of coal and rock mass is the direct cause of mine disasters. It has become an inevitable development trend to monitor and warn coal and rock mass with long period and high efficiency. The infrared thermography of transportation roadway in Hongliu Coal mine I010401 working face and I020308 working face in the observation period is studied The variation characteristics of average infrared radiation temperature (AIRT) and differential infrared radiation temperature (VSMIT) were obtained, and the VSMIT judgment threshold of the transportation lane of hongliu Coal mine I010401 working face and I020308 working face was obtained The research results show that the application of infrared radiation monitoring technology in field monitoring is feasible, which can provide reference for the application of infrared radiation monitoring technology in the stability monitoring of surrounding rock in mine.
